General Terms and Conditions for the Premises of Friends Golf Pte Ltd
By entering and using the facilities of Friends Golf Pte Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Transferable, Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Policy
- All items and services sold are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once purchased.
- Liability
- You are responsible for your own safety and belongings at all times. Friends Golf Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any damage or loss that you may suffer while using services provided on the premises, whether caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- You are liable for any damages to Friends Golf Pte Ltd property resulting from misuse or negligence. The cost of repairs or replacements will be accessed and charged accordingly.
- CCTV Surveillance
- The premises are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of visitors and property.
- No Outside Food and Drinks
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed within the premises.
- No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises.
- Proper Attire
- Casual wear is welcome, but please ensure you wear covered shoes when using our facilities.
- Age Restrictions
- Visitors under the age of 18 are encouraged to be accompanied by an adult or to seek prior approval from management for independent access to the premises.
- Conduct and Behaviour
- You are expected to maintain proper conduct and behaviour at all times. If behavior is deemed disruptive, we reserve the right to remove the visitors from the premises.
- Other
- In case of dispute, decision of Friends Golf Management shall be final and binding.
- Friends Golf Management reserve the right to change/terminate the content of ongoing promotion, advertisement, term and condition without prior notice.
- Membership Termination
- Friends Golf Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate membership if the member fails to comply with the terms and conditions and rules and conduct of the premises.
- Repair charges
- Repair charges applied for damage found to rented golf club, ranging from $80 – $300 depending on type of club.
Screen Room Booking Terms and Conditions
- General terms and conditions applies
- Booking Policy
- Advance Payment: The full amount for the booking must be collected in advance at the time of reservation. No reservations will be confirmed until payment is received.
- Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable: All screen room bookings are final. Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling Deadline: Customers may reschedule their booking up to 12 hours before the original booking time. Any rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the original booking time will not be accommodated.
- Reschedule Date Limit: The new booking date must be within one month from the original booking date. Reschedules beyond this time limit will not be accepted.
- Only one time rescheduling is allowed.
- Attendance and Refunds
- No Refund for Partial Attendance: If one or more individuals in the booking party cannot attend the scheduled session, no refund will be provided for those who are unable to attend. The booking is considered as a whole, and partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.
- No Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled booking or rescheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
- Time Limit and Extensions
- Time Limit: The time allocated for the screen room booking is a general guideline. All activities must be completed within the designated time frame.
- Completion of Game: Guests must complete the game within the time limit provided. Failure to do so will result in the session ending at the designated time without an extension.
- Chargeable Extensions: If an extension of time is required beyond the original booking duration, additional charges will apply. Extensions are subject to availability.
- Technical Issues
- In the event of technical issues that disrupt the use of the screen room, the customer must notify staff immediately. The establishment will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but no refunds will be issued for technical issues unless they result in the complete inability to use the room.
- Liability and Indemnity
- Complimentary golf club rental, nevertheless, repair charges applies if necessary.
- Friends Golf Singapore will not be liable for any person in respect to the loss of life or personal injury to any person whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.
Friends Range Terms and Conditions
- General terms and conditions applies
- First-Come, First-Served Basis
- Bays are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are accepted.
- Priority for Lessons
- Students with scheduled lessons will be given priority access to the driving range.
- Sharing of bays is not allowed
- Each bay can only occupy one person user for safety and fairness.
- Coaching Policy
- Only coaching by our certified resident coaches is permitted. Unauthorized coaching or instruction by guests or outside coaches is strictly prohibited.
- Extension of Driving Range sessions
- Extensions of driving range sessions are subjected to availability. Please inquire with staff if you wish to extend your session.
Friends Academy Terms and Conditions
- Lessons Package
- Purchased lesson packages comes with validity period, All lessons must be completed within this validity period.
- Any unused lessons after the validity period will be forfeited.
- Booking and rescheduling policy:
- All lessons packages can be booked through your own account
- Rescheduling of lessons must be done a day in advance from the date of your lesson
- Attendance and punctuality:
- Failure to attend the scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
- Late arrivals will result in shortened lesson time
- Lessons time:
- Each individual lessons includes 25 minutes of coaching and 5 minutes of warm-up time.
- Each group lessons includes 50 minutes of coaching and 10 minutes of warm-up time.
- We will allocate a driving range bay for you, including 30 minutes of driving range time during your scheduled lesson and warm-up period.
- Make-up lesson:
- If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson due to illness, please contact your personal coach to reschedule a make-up lesson
- Extension of Driving Range sessions:
- Extensions of driving range sessions are chargeable and subjected to availability. Please inquire with staff if you wish to extend your session.
