• Purchased lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation or change in timing has to be made more than 12 hrs in advance.
• For Group of 2 packages, lessons will be conducted together (as a pair).
• All remaining lessons from the package will be forfeited after the validity period.
• You are strongly advised to follow a fixed schedule (fixed day and time, one lesson a week) Cancellations or booking of make-up lessons can be managed by yourself on our website’s member page, which will be created for you upon purchase of our packages
