These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for using our website WWW.FRIENDSGOLF.SG (our “Site”).
BY USING OUR SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
By continuing, you agree to accept the Terms of Service and that you will comply. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not proceed.
General Terms & Conditions
- Friends Golf reserves the right to remove any patrons found to be behaving in a manner that is deemed unacceptable. (E.g., not following safety distancing rules, violence, heavily drunk, smoking etc.)
- You shall be liable to (if any) pay for the damages of any equipment OR machines should the damage be caused by you, during your usage.
- House clubs damage fees will vary depending on the damage of the clubs.
- Members can keep your golf bags in our storage room at no charges but at your own risk. In case of lost items, Friends Golf will not be liable.
- Friends Golf Singapore takes no responsibilities for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property that belongs to you personally that are brought into our outlet.
- Friends Golf Singapore will not be liable for any person in respect to the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence, or otherwise.
- Your picture may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials. You authorize the use of your pictures for these purposes.
- Our CCTV monitors are there to always ensure safety of our customers.
- As a member you will be automatically subscribe to our mailing updates. You may unsubscribe if you wish to stop receiving updates.
- No pets allowed.
- No Alcohol and food allowed at Friends Range (practice range)
Friends Academy
- Purchased lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You are advised to bring your own golf clubs. Clubs’ rental is subject to availability.
- Strictly no coaching or lessons shall be held inside Friends Golf Premises except for Resident Coaches ONLY.
- All remaining lessons from the package will be forfeited after the validity period.
- You are strongly advised to follow a fixed schedule (fixed day and time, one lesson a week).
- Failure to attend for lesson will be forfeited.
- Change of appointment must be made a day before by midnight before scheduled appointment.
Friends Screen
- No refund OR cancellation is allowed after booking confirmation.
- Change of appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
- You are advised to bring your own Golf Clubs. Clubs’ rental is subject to availability.
- Please return the clubs used to the reception after game.
- Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance (subject to availability).
- Room capacity up to 5 players only for safety reason.
- Please be punctual and arrive 10 minutes before your reservation. In the event of being late, there will be no grace period and your clock-in time will still commence. If you do not show up, your reservation will be forfeited. Please also note that the staff will need a 10-minute turnaround time to prepare the simulator for the next booking.
- No outside food and drinks allowed.
Friends Range
- You are advised to bring your own Golf Clubs. Clubs’ rental is subject to availability.
- No reservation needed. Walk-in basis. First come first serve.
- No sharing of bays. Only one person to one bay.
- Strictly no alcohols or food at the bay area.
